Hey y'all, I'm Nathan Fitts. First of all, let me say I only became a firm believer in home staging services a few years ago. I, like many out there, was very skeptical about whether this really makes a difference. Well, let me tell you... With that being said, I would like to welcome you to North Georgia Home Staging.

I've spent over 20 years in the real estate business and have been recognized as the top producing Realtor locally, as well as nationally and internationally; still, all I can say is I wish I had embraced home staging years ago. I know I would have sold more homes for a higher price, quicker! Truly, it works. To give you a little information about home staging, it is a type of interior design for staging that sets the scene so potential buyers can envision themselves living in your home. When done well, home staging emphasizes your home’s assets and downplays its quirkier elements. After staging, your home should look brighter, bigger, cleaner, and generally more attractive. It’s important that the home is staged to align with its style—be it rustic, traditional, craftsman, farmhouse, etc. Many homes are decorated with the wrong type and style of décor, which can deter buyers completely. Home staging can be done whether a home is empty or while you (or the current residents) are living there.
